One of my fav posts ??@worldoffreedompd @worldoffreedompd - Gratitude is the highest frequency You can tune in to if you want to attract wonderful things in to your life. Start by taking stock of everything you have now and appreciating it deeply, remember to give more of yourself, whether it be time, advice, love and support to those around you. When you dream, look past that dream to something even better for yourself and even for others. Don't forget to take better care of your body, mind and soul, get enough rest, eat a bit better than you have been, do things that are exciting and fuel your passions. The only person in this life you need to impress is yourself, self love follows through to every aspect of your life. Be Kind, Compassionate and practice empathy - when you learn to appreciate differences in opinion/perspectives you grow even larger and brighter. Forget about making comparisons, you are as unique as your thumbprint and so is the other person, you can only have your version of bliss so learn to be satisfied with that and let go of past traumas and by all means don't even bother with current fears as those are only illusions of perceived harm that your brain projects in order to keep you one step ahead of the game. Forgive yourself during this time, as well as any others who you perceive have wronged you. Life is only happening through your decisions and actions. Stay committed to your goals and believe that everything is always working out for the highest good of all. No excuses - the story you tell yourself about anything is the key. As Mohamed Ali once proclaimed "I hated every minute of training, but I said - Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion." Love yourself more each day by being grateful for your life and your relationships, everyone is operating at their own level awareness and may not necessarily be on yours, give love when in doubt, as the love you receive is in direct proportion to the love you give. - #regrann - #regrann
Improving Your Self-Esteem…Why Not Now?
Make the choice to improve your self-esteem and you are on your way to great achievements in your life.
Do not allow low self-esteem to define your life. The way you think and beliefs you have about yourself determine how you interact with others.
Here are some examples of low esteem beliefs and thoughts that you may have heard yourself either say or think before. See any that you need improvement on?
1. Nothing you do seems to go right…ever.
2. You believe that most people do not like you.
3. You believe that you are not attractive.
4. You choose something and it turns out to be the worst one.
5. You are afraid to converse with others for fear that what you say might not make sense.
6. You feel swallowed up in a whirlpool of frustration.
What is wrong with you?
Actually, your beliefs and thoughts.
Stop allowing yourself to think that the world is closing in on you…It is not. Set the intention to achieve what you desire. Stop with blaming other people for your challenges and misfortunes. The world is not what your problem is, you are your own problem.
From this moment forward, make the choice to begin the process of improving your self-esteem. Shift your thinking and set an intention to succeed, and succeed you will. Just remember that success never comes easily and that is why setting an intention and an undying determination is its counterpart.
More times than not, we get right up to the edge of success, then with just the slightest bit of disappointment or setback, we lose heart and give up too easily and far too soon. This is a sure sign of low self-esteem. Who knows what great things might have been achieved if only we had persevered…Have you ever thought that?
In the absence of higher self-esteem, life can be rather boring and uneventful. Shift your thinking and choose to see yourself on top of the world. Make a very focused effort to be what you really want to be.
You have the choice to either remain in a miserable state of low self-esteem, or set the intention to improve and develop a higher level of self-esteem with good character and self-image.
What is the origin of low self-esteem?
Low self-esteem could begin way back in our childhood when we were ever made to believe that we were worthless. Our self-confidence becomes eroded and we succumb to the idea that we can never achieve success in anything that we do. We were picked on, laughed at, pushed around, called ugly names, and treated with disdain. No wonder we grew up to be full of resentment, right? Well, if that is the choice you have made for yourself, then yes.
If that was your childhood experience, is it not time that you cut yourself free from that mindset and make the decision to improve your self-esteem? Read any book about the life of a successful person and you will discover that many of them had such low self-esteem that they could not even complete an elementary education.
Many of them decided to raise their self-esteem and improve their attitude, whatever it took. Some became the greatest men and women that ever lived.
Low self-esteem has never helped anyone else, it surely will not help you either. It can only drive you into depression, anger, grudge, fear and all the other evils that it generates.
Re-program your thinking and stay in control of your state of mind. You must believe that you are worth much more than you think or you will remain at the foot of the ladder and never make an attempt to climb it…No matter how much you want to.
Do not waste your life away with feelings and thoughts of inadequacies. Instead, think of ways to go about loving yourself more and raising your self-esteem. Success is yours, just reach out and grasp it…NOW!
