1. Accept what is.
Very often we don't know how to move past the issues that concern us. If only we could learn to accept. The question is how do we recognize the worry and what do we do about it. Well, we must accept and have confidence over our worries. We must realize that every thing that we see, whether it be animal, person, plant or inanimate object is a reflection of our thoughts and actions as a collective race of human beings. Our thoughts create our reality. Once we have made this realization, it gets easier to process what is going on around us and therefore easier to move forward and adapt and grow through complete acceptance of self.
2. Be kind to yourself and others.
How often have you heard this, or said this to someone without fully understanding what it means? Being kind to yourself requires looking at yourself as your own best friend at all times. We all have the internal voice of criticism which eats away at us when we perceive that we are not performing at our best or not feeling well, or have limiting beliefs about how well we can do things. But that's okay. That voice is only there to help guide us and show us exactly what we want, and what we do not want. The kindness that you show to yourself always bleeds over in to how you treat others.
3. Release all guilt and fears.
This is easy to say, but perhaps not quite as easy to just do. However, just like everything else in life, the more you practice, the better it will get. Thoughts based around regret, guilt, fear are on extremely low vibrational planes. What this means is that, like the saying goes, thoughts held in mind reproduce after their kind. If you are having low thoughts about things you have done in the past that you cannot change, or are focussing on your fears, they tend to expand and grow and you begin noticing more evidence that your FEAR - False Evidence Appearing Real - is going to "get you" so to speak. In the same manner, focussing on the things in life that you love to do and the reason why you love those things keeps it all in perspective. What is it that you truly love doing? Who are the people that raise your vibration the highest and who you enjoy being around, talking to, giving your love to? Begin to notice those thoughts of yesterday, and those thoughts of what may happen in the future, and just tell them "I see you there, but this is not the present." Remember to stay in the now.
4.Let Go of Control.
Oh boy... We know that it is difficult to let go of control, especially during times where it feels like we are so close to the edge. As a contrast, one must realize the edge is where we learn to come alive, by tapping in to an energy much greater than ourselves. We must learn to let go of outcomes and attachments to people, places and possessions. Come from the mindset that everything is always working out for you to the highest good and that tougher times represent the washing away of the old to make way for the new and better things. Let go of what's going on in the world around you. Let go of the noise and the hustle and bustle of other folk. You are in control of yourself and only yourself, now and forever. Absolutely everything happens through you and not to you.
5.Visualize what is important to you.
Take time out to write down and visualize your goals. What is it that you would like to bring to this world? How will you look , feel, dress? Who will be with you? Where will you be? Write these things down in detail and then visualize them exactly as you would like them to be. The time that you spend visualizing the things that you want is important because very often we get caught in a spiral of thinking about yesterday or things that could be better, and when we are focussing on the things that are going wrong we are only attracting more negativity in to our lives. Spend time each day before you even begin your day in gratitude. Think of everything you have in your life and give thanks for it, think of the things you would like to have, or see more of in your experience and give thanks for them as well. Being Grateful in the now amplifies the energy of everything you have and attracts more good things in to your life. It is the best feeling and the best way to repel negative thoughts and beliefs that distract you from your daily goals.
Some form of meditation daily is a must for keeping an untangled mind. During meditation we notice all of the things floating around in our awareness that cause stress, negative emotions and dis-ease within our bodies. As the saying goes,
"You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, Unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour."
Keep in mind that meditation does not mean you have to scale a mountain and sit there for 5 days chanting random stuff. You are free to do so if you want to, however, simply sitting upright in a chair or on the floor with your palms facing up in your lap will suffice. Yoga of course is a form of moving meditation and jogging or weight lifting can be meditative if you focus on long deep breathing.
7.Allow yourself to be vulnerable.
The comfort zone is a nice place to be but nothing very interesting happens there.
Life begins outside of the comfort zone.
Hopefully you've heard this before. Think about it. How many times have you been afraid to do something and did it anyway and it turned out fine?
Don't be afraid to get in there and get a little dirty. Keep moving forward no matter what and remember to embrace scenarios that you perceive as uncomfortable or "too much work" that's where the magic is, that's where your fire lives!
8. Get rid of all that doesn't serve, grow or interest you.
Throw everything in the shredder. Lol. Get rid of the things you don't need either by selling, throwing it out or giving to others who could use. Cut ties with toxic people who hold you back and instill further disbelief in your own personal powers. Habits and hobbies are to be included, if it doesn't grow you, remove it from your viscinity and from your mind.
